Everywhere we look, life is flourishing. The once tiny seeds are now reaching full blossom. The sun is warming the Earth, shining bright. All creatures tall and small, bask in the energy of the season. 

The summer solstice reaches the fullest potential of creation. How great it is to be ALIVE! There is an ease, a carefree feeling, a knowing that all is as it should be. Now is not a time for rest, however. Now is the time to tend to our "seeds". To provide the nourishment and space needed for continued growth, to reach our fullest potential. Look within, what is blossoming for you? What needs to be tended and nurtured? What is burning within, fueling your Spirit and ready to burst forth into creation?

Yet, the slow pace of the season teaches us to have patience, not to rush the process. You have set your choice in motion, now is the time to develop the trust and confidence in yourself, that what you set in motion will manifest. Feel the heartbeat inside you. You are alive, right now, in this human body, now are you living?

Like the caterpillar entering the cocoon, hope, trust and patience guide your journey. Nourish your Self. Allow yourself to BE, in all your blossoming splendor. Be your own living cocoon. Let your "butterfly intentions" build strength! Rushing the transformation will only weaken your wings.
