Spring is thick with the energy of emerging light. Hibernating animals peek out from their long winter slumber. Tiny seeds are stirring in the rich soil, preparing to reach for the warmth of the Sun's caress. The air is crisp with anticipation, wonder and possibility.  

The spring equinox is the height of this potential. The days grow longer, bringing new light to illuminate our lives. Following the release from winter, now is the time to choose a direction to follow. Who do you choose to be? This is the time to take the first step toward the manifestation of your soul expression. Plant the seeds of intention for what you want to achieve in the coming year. What wants to emerge in your life? What is brewing within, tantalizing your Spirit and whispering your name?

Just as you would pull weeds in a garden, take the time to notice the "weeds" that have taken root in your mind. Clear them away and allow room for your new intentions to blossom.
